The Bordeaux Project is a post-tension mat slab installation. The project consisted of 12 three-story apartment buildings with 30 units in each. Each building is one of seven different types ranging from 4,600 to 14,400 square feet. The project was contracted and completed for California Pacific Homes in 2001.
